Water Street Tampa

SPP are redeveloping Water Street Tampa by introducing a raft of new office, residential and F&B to Tampa’s existing Water Street, creating a new story for the area.

We developed branding, renderings, film and maps to showcase the transformation of the area to residents, potential tenants and potential new residents alike. The classic black and white identity was designed to last the 10-year span of the development process.
